The NAMBE Advisory Board has agreed to support every registered student who stays at the Banff Centre with up to C$300 credit toward their room and associated tax expenses. It will appear as a credit on your room charge on check-out. This offer is applicable only to students who book their stay through the NAMBE room block/weblink and is on a first come first serve basis until the room block has been filled-up.
If for any reason you cannot attend the NAMBE 2018 (34th North American Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy) you must contact AVS at 530-896-0477, heather@avs.org by September 14, 2018, to receive a refund, less a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds can be given for cancellations after September 14, 2018.
